MC Property Services is the official local contact listed on our City of Aspen STR permit and is responsible for responding to guest needs, noise concerns, trash, parking, and emergencies.
Cleaning & Turnover
Cleaning and turnover between stays are performed by a licensed third-party cleaning company contracted by our property manager. The cleaning team has access to the unit only during scheduled turnovers and follows City of Aspen sanitation and waste-handling standards.

Booking & Payments
Bookings are taken directly through this website (operated by Wohnen LLC) — there are no third-party booking fees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Transactional emails (confirmations, balance reminders) are sent through our email service provider.
What We Share With Partners
Your booking details are shared with our operating partners only as needed to deliver your stay — for example, the property manager receives your name, dates, and contact info to coordinate check-in and respond to issues; the cleaning vendor receives the turnover schedule. Colorado Compliance
North Star Penthouse complies with the City of Aspen Short-Term Rental ordinance, Aspen Noise Ordinance, Wildlife Protection Policy, and Colorado state lodging-tax requirements. Applicable state and local lodging taxes are collected at checkout and remitted to the relevant authorities.
